Verse 289

विष्णुर्मन्वादयः कालः सर्वभूतानि च द्विज ।स्थितेर्निमित्तभूतस्य विष्णोरेता विभूतयः ॥

In plain words

Viṣṇu himself, Manu and the line that follows him, time, and every being there is — O brahmin, all of these are the vibhūtis of Viṣṇu, the one who stands as the cause by which the world keeps standing.
