In plain words
He is the Lord of all beings of the past, future, and present, who implore Him and whom He protects and governs, hence Bhūtabhavyabhavannātha. Because He blows, He is Pavana, as the Gita says: 'Among purifiers I am the wind.' Because He purifies, He is Pāvana, echoing the śruti: 'From fear of Him the wind blows.' Taking the vital breaths as the Self, He is Anala; or derived from the root meaning odor with a negative prefix, supporting the text 'Without smell and without taste', or because nothing can measure His fullness. Because He destroys the worldly desires of spiritual seekers, devotees, and foes alike, He is Kāmahā. Because He fulfills the wishes of the righteous, or because He is the father of Pradyumna, He is Kāmakṛt. Being supremely handsome, He is Kānta. Being longed for by those seeking ultimate human goals, He is Kāma. Because He abundantly grants the desires of His devotees, He is Kāmaprada. And because He exists in supreme preeminence, He is Prabhu.

Lord of past, future, and present groups of beings; He is petitioned by them, protects, wishes for them, or rules thus, so Bhūtabhavyabhavannātha. Because He blows, Pavana; 'I am the wind among purifiers' from the Lord's word. Because He purifies, Pāvana; 'Out of fear of this the wind blows' from the śruti. Taking the life breaths as the self, Jīva Anala; or from the root ṇal denoting smell prefixed with nañ, 'Without smell and without taste' from the śruti; or whose sufficiency is not found. Because He destroys desires of seekers of liberation, devotees, and harmful ones, Kāmahā. Because He fulfills desires of the pure, Kāmakṛt; or because He is the father of Kama, Pradyumna. Most handsome, Kānta. Desired by seekers of human goals, Kāma. Because He excellently gives desires to devotees, Kāmaprada. Because of preeminent existing, Prabhu.
