Verse 354

अच्युतः प्रथितः प्राणः प्राणदो वासवानुजः ।अपां निधिरधिष्ठानमप्रमत्तः प्रतिष्ठितः ॥ ४८ ॥

In plain words

He never slips from what he is. His name has travelled everywhere. He is the breath in you, and the one who gave that breath. He is Indra's younger brother. He is the ocean where every water comes to rest, the ground everything stands on. He is never once inattentive. He stands firm, and stands on nothing but himself.

The unfalling one, the widely renowned, the vital breath, the giver of breath, the younger brother of Vāsava; the treasury of the waters, the substratum, the never-heedless, the firmly established.
