In plain words
He is Damodara also according to the words of sage Vyāsa, because all the worlds, designated as dāma, reside within His belly. He is Saha because He overcomes all and bears all with infinite patience. He is Mahīdhara because He supports the earth in the form of mountains, as the Viṣṇu Purāṇa declares that forests, mountains, and quarters are all manifestations of Vishnu.
