In plain words
Misfortune never touches those who hold Hari, the home of all blessings, within their hearts. Let a person, established in meditation, constantly contemplate the divine Janārdana; I consider that the ultimate protection, for who can injure one who has taken shelter in the Lord? The sin that dissolves away across thousands of baths in the Ganges and millions of pilgrimages to Pushkara is wiped out simply by remembering Hari. Whoever meditates even for a moment on the immaculate Nārāyaṇa attains spiritual fulfillment—how much more so one who lives for Him alone? Among all the various penances and rituals of atonement, remembering Kṛṣṇa is the highest. The fierce spiritual taint of the Kali age, which inflicts hellish torment on mortals, is instantly dissolved when He is called to mind.

Always in all actions there is no inauspiciousness for those whose heart holds the Lord Hari, the abode of auspiciousness. One should constantly meditate upon the divine Janārdana joined with yoga; that I consider supreme protection, for who can harm one who has taken refuge in the Achyuta? In thousands of baths in the Ganges and crores of baths in Pushkara, whatever sin goes to dissolution, that is destroyed simply by remembering Hari. Even he who meditates for a moment upon the taintless Nārāyaṇa attains perfection; what then of one whose supreme goal is He? All expiations consisting of penances and rituals—among all those, the remembrance of Kṛṣṇa is supreme. The extremely fierce taint of the Kali age, which bestows the torment of hell upon men, proceeds to immediate dissolution when He is remembered.
