। ॥ १८० ॥
In plain words
The mind deludes the Self -- which by nature is pure, unattached consciousness -- and binds it up in the attributes of body, senses, and breath. Then, without pause, it keeps that Self spinning through the illusion of 'I' and 'mine', through one action after another, and through the endless enjoyment of their results.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having deluded this Self, whose nature is unattached consciousness, and having bound it with the attributes of body, senses, and vital breath, the mind incessantly bewilders it with 'I' and 'mine', in its own actions and in the enjoyment of their results.
