In plain words
Hunger, thirst, grief, delusion, old age, death — the six waves that batter every living thing — never touch it. Yogis find it quietly in their own hearts. No sense organ can perceive it, no intellect can grasp it. Its glory has no flaw in it anywhere. That is Brahman. And that is you. Hold it within.
Close to the Sanskrit
That which is untouched by the six waves [of change], [yet] realized in the heart of yogis; not perceived by the [sense-]organs; not knowable by the intellect; possessing flawless glory — that Brahman [is]: thou art That; contemplate [this] within yourself.
