In plain words

It's the ground beneath this whole world we've mistakenly pieced together — yet it rests on nothing but itself. It doesn't 'exist' the way things exist, and it isn't 'non-existent' either. Whole, without parts, beyond any comparison, overflowing with its own fullness — that is Brahman. And that is you. Hold it within.

Close to the Sanskrit

That which is the substratum of the world-fragments imagined through delusion, [yet] self-dependent; distinct from both being and non-being; partless, incomparable, full of glory — that Brahman [is]: thou art That; contemplate [this] within yourself.
