। ॥ २७० ॥
In plain words
Once you have known your own innermost Self — the one who simply witnesses the mind and all its movements — hold to that one true thought, 'I am That,' and let go, completely, of ever mistaking the non-self for yourself again.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having known one's own inner Self, the witness of the intellect and its modifications, abandon, by means of the true mental modification 'I am That' alone, the notion of Self in the non-self.
