In plain words
This whole visible world, in every respect, is simply false. And even the 'I' you take for granted isn't ultimately real either, because you can watch it flicker, moment to moment. So the thought 'I know everything' — how could that possibly belong to something as fleeting as this ego, here one instant and gone the next?
Close to the Sanskrit
This perceivable [world], in every respect, is indeed utterly false; and [even] the referent of 'I' is not real either, because of the observation of its momentariness. The notion 'I know everything' — how could it be established as belonging to the ego and the like, which is [merely] momentary?
