। ॥ २९७ ॥

In plain words

So let go of your identification with this lump of flesh, and let go too of the ego that clings to that body — itself just something the mind has constructed. Know your own Self as unbroken awareness, the one thing never contradicted in past, present, or future — and come, at last, to peace.

Therefore, abandon identification with the lump of flesh, and also with the [ego] that identifies with the body, [which is itself] constructed by the intellect. Having known your own Self as undivided consciousness, unnegated through the three times, attain peace.
