In plain words

Let go of your identification with family, clan, name, form, and stage of life — all of it belongs only to this moist corpse. Let go, too, of the properties of the subtle body — the sense of being the one who acts, and everything like it. And simply be what you are: undivided bliss itself.

Close to the Sanskrit

Abandon identification with family, clan, name, form, and stage of life — all of which belong to [this] moist corpse [the physical body]. Having also abandoned the properties of the subtle body, [such as] agency and so forth, be of the nature of undivided bliss.
