In plain words

You are consciousness itself - always the same, everywhere present, made of bliss, your glory beyond reproach, never anything other than this, never changing. Take away the false 'I' laid over you, and there is no saṃsāra left at all - none.

Close to the Sanskrit

Of you, the consciousness-self, ever one in form, all-pervading, whose embodiment is bliss, of unblemished glory, never otherwise anywhere, unchanging - without the superimposition of 'I' upon this [Self], there is no transmigration at all.
