In plain words
Conquering the power of projection is hard while the veil remains. Distinguish seer from seen as clearly as milk from water, and the veil over the Self falls away naturally. Victory then comes without doubt or obstacle, provided you do not set your mind on unreal objects.
Close to the Sanskrit
Victory over the projecting power is difficult to achieve unless the veiling power has completely ceased. When the seer and the seen are clearly distinguished, like milk and water, that veil upon the Self naturally disappears. Then victory is certainly unobstructed, provided the mind is not placed upon unreal objects.
