In plain words
The one Self appears as many because its limiting adjuncts differ. Remove those adjuncts, and it is simply itself, whole and alone. So the wise person should always remain steadfast in absorption free of distinctions, to dissolve those limitations.
Close to the Sanskrit
Through differences in limiting adjuncts, the Self itself appears divided; when the adjunct is removed, it is itself alone. Therefore, to dissolve the limiting adjunct, the wise person should always abide in steadfast, distinction-free samādhi.
