In plain words

Those gathered in absorption who dissolve the outer senses, beginning with hearing, the mind and their own sense of I into the Self that is pure awareness — they alone are free from the bonds of worldly existence. Those who merely talk of what they know indirectly are not free.

Close to the Sanskrit

Those who, being absorbed, have dissolved the external senses beginning with hearing, the mind, and their own 'I', into the Self that is Consciousness — they alone are liberated from the bonds of the noose of worldly existence, not others who merely speak of what is known only indirectly.
