। ॥ ३७० ॥
In plain words
Draw your speech back into the mind. Draw the mind back into the intellect. Hand the intellect over to the Witness standing behind it. And then let even that Witness dissolve into the whole, undivided Self — and simply rest there, in the deepest peace there is.
Close to the Sanskrit
Restrain speech into the mind; restrain that [mind] into the intellect; direct the intellect into its Witness; and having dissolved that too into the full, thought-free Self, rest in supreme peace.
