। ॥ ३७४ ॥
In plain words
Attachment shows up two ways — outwardly to the things the senses chase, and inwardly to the 'I' and everything that clings to it. Only someone who is genuinely dispassionate, standing firm in Brahman, is able to let go of both.
Close to the Sanskrit
Attachment outwardly to sense-objects, and likewise inwardly to the notion of 'I' and its kin — only the dispassionate one, established in Brahman, is able to abandon these.
