। ॥ ३७९ ॥

In plain words

Fix your mind firmly on Brahman and let it stay there. Let the senses settle back into their own place. Hold the body still and stop paying attention to its condition. Step into the oneness of Brahman and the Self, and let that absorption run unbroken, day and night. Then just drink — joyfully, right there in the Self — the essence of Brahman's own bliss. What is left worth chasing in all those empty distractions?

Close to the Sanskrit

Having fixed the mind very firmly on Brahman as the target, having settled the outer senses in their own place, and with a motionless body, disregarding its condition, having entered the identity of Brahman and the Self, by becoming absorbed into That with an unbroken mental mode continuously, drink the essence of Brahman's bliss in the Self with joy — what use are other empty delusions?
