In plain words

Cut off your craving for what the senses chase — it is poison dressed up as pleasure, and it is the very road to death. Drop your identification with caste, family, and stage of life; put ritual duties at the greatest possible distance. The body and everything like it isn't even real, so stop calling it 'I' — put your understanding on the Self instead. You are the one who sees. You are without a stain. You are the Supreme with no second. What you actually are, in truth, is Brahman.

Close to the Sanskrit

Cut off craving for sense-objects that resemble poison — this itself is the road of death. Having abandoned identification with caste, family, and life-stage, release ritual actions from a great distance. Since the body and the like are unreal, abandon the notion of Self in them, and fix your understanding on the Self instead. You are the Witness, you are stainless, you are the non-dual Supreme; you are, in truth, Brahman.
