। ॥ ३९६ ॥

In plain words

Tear out, forcefully, the craving that the 'I'-thought stirs up in this body full of impurity — and then do the same with the subtle body too, that airy thing you also mistake for yourself. Recognize, once and for all, that you yourself are the eternal embodiment of bliss the scriptures have always been singing about — and simply abide as Brahman.

Close to the Sanskrit

Forcibly abandon the craving stirred up by the 'I'-notion in the impurity-filled sheath, and afterward also in the wind-like subtle body; having fully recognized, as your own self, the One eternal embodiment of bliss whose glory the scriptures proclaim, abide in the form of Brahman.
