In plain words

Once you have arrived, completely, at what you are — ceaseless, spotless awareness and joy — throw this dull, unclean covering as far from yourself as it can go. And after that, don't even glance back at it in memory. What has already been vomited out only sickens you again if you keep calling it to mind.

Close to the Sanskrit

Having fully attained the Self whose nature is unceasing, stainless knowledge and bliss, abandon far away this limiting adjunct whose nature is inert and impure. And thereafter let it never again even be remembered — a vomited thing, once made an object of memory, serves only for disgust.
