In plain words

He remains always as Brahman, his mind freed from external objects. Like someone drowsy, like a child, he enjoys only what others present to him. When outward awareness returns now and then, he sees this world as a world seen in a dream. Rare is such a person, living on the fruit of boundless merit. Blessed indeed, he deserves honor on earth.
