। । ॥ ४२५ ॥

In plain words

When no craving even stirs at the sight of something enjoyable — that is dispassion carried all the way through. When no sense of 'I' rises anymore at all — that is the highest reach of realization. And when the mind, once dissolved, never surfaces again — that is what cessation, at its very limit, actually means.

Close to the Sanskrit

The non-arising of latent desire toward an object of enjoyment is the culmination of dispassion. The non-arising of the sense of 'I' is the supreme culmination of knowledge. The non-re-arising of the dissolved mental mode — that is the defining limit of cessation.
