। ॥ ४४७ ॥
In plain words
As long as pleasure or pain is still being felt, that long prārabdha is understood to remain in force. A result never appears without an action behind it — never, anywhere, for anyone.
Close to the Sanskrit
As long as there is experience of pleasure and so forth, so long is prārabdha held to be present. The arising of a fruit is always preceded by action; it is never actionless, anywhere.
