Whether you are bound or free, satisfied or anxious, well or hungry - only you can actually know that from the inside. Anyone else can know it only by inference from outward signs.

Bondage and liberation, satisfaction, anxiety, health, hunger and the like are to be known by oneself alone; the knowledge which [one has of these] is [only] inferential for others.
