। ॥ ४९६ ॥
In plain words
In every being, I alone am present, as the one who knows, holding it all up from within and without. I am the one who experiences, and I am also what is experienced - all of it is simply me, the very things I once saw as separate 'thises' and 'thats.'
Close to the Sanskrit
I alone am established in all beings, as the knower-self, being the support both within and without; and I myself alone am the enjoyer and the enjoyed - all that - which was formerly seen as separate, as 'this' or 'that.'
