Verse 20

उन्मन्यवस्थाधिगमाय विद्वन् उपायमेकं तव निर्दिशामः ।पश्यन्नुदासीनतया प्रपञ्चं सङ्कल्पमुन्मूलय सावधानः ॥ १९ ॥

In plain words

You want to reach unmanī, that state past the mind? Then here, wise one — one method, and only one, is all we will name for you. Watch this whole spread-out world go by like someone with no stake in it, and pull saṅkalpa out by the root. Stay wide awake while you do it.

For the attainment of the unmanī state, O knower, we point out to you one single means: seeing the manifold expanse with the attitude of an uninvolved onlooker, uproot intention — being attentive.
