In plain words

Or, through uniting with the pure tattva, one is free of the power called paśu. He states another means for this same end. The pure tattva is the one called Paramaśiva. When the yogin contemplates the universe in it, as "this is made of that alone", then the binding power called paśu no longer exists for him, and like Sadāśiva he becomes the lord of the universe. As the Lakṣmīkaulārṇava says: "The signs spoken of in the fulfilment of initiation, beginning with stobha, are not worth a sixteenth part of this union, O Devī." And the Vijñānabhairava: "Let one contemplate the whole body, or the world, as made of consciousness, all at once, with a mind free of thought-constructs: the supreme arises." This is gathered up in the verse: "Or one whose awareness is this, who sees the whole world as play, ever joined, is liberated while living; of this there is no doubt."
