In plain words
being without form, or bliss, union with the three powers, being endowed with cit, is established, eternal, so it is to be told further on. It has been said so far, with “As entities, the Blessed Lord …” and the rest, that everything is of the form of Śiva, by way of the tattvas and the beings. Now it must surely be told further on how, in things such as pots and cloth too, there is being Śiva, and, because they are of that form, being without form as far as limited forms go, bliss, union with will and the rest, and being endowed with cit, that is, not being inert, all rightly established and borne out.
