In plain words

Again, filled with the fullness of devotion, he speaks a praise fitting the hope of this grace: Homage to the Lord, the very bowing to whom, here, for the wise, accomplishes every aim of man, and is itself to be bowed to. ‘For the wise’, that is, for those who know the reality, even the ‘bowing’ that is His, whose nature is the samāveśa explained before, ‘is to be bowed to’, that is, to be resorted to in humility, because it brings about every aim of man, whose nature is enjoyment and final release, and likewise because it adorns. Again and again, to that ‘Lord’, that is, to Him whose freedom is of such a kind, beyond the world, be ‘homage’.
