In plain words

Or rather, enough of measuring the graces of the Supreme Lord, since: Of You, whose mere will has such a fruit, made of the three worlds, who knows, O Lord, how far the course of Your works goes? He who by mere will fashions the threefold world, whose nature is becoming, non-becoming and beyond-becoming: of His ‘works’, that is, of the things to be accomplished by effort, ‘how far’, that is, of what measure, is ‘the course’, that is, the spreading forth: who knows this? No one. This is beyond reasoning: so this is a statement given to exaggeration; there is nothing at all in the Lord that is accomplished by effort. As in ‘see, the deer runs’, here the meaning of the sentence is the object.
