In plain words
Meditation on You, made of such passion and greed, lifts up the universe; so he says: Ah, great is this work, O God, that consists in meditation on You, in which who, from Brahmā down to the worm, would not be made qualified for liberation? In the work that consists in the Vedic bhāvanā of the jyotiṣṭoma and the rest, which grants heaven, only the twice-born is qualified; but in the work that consists in meditation on You, the universe, from Prajāpati down to the worm, has been made qualified for liberation by Your will alone. So, by the power of meaning, through a suggestion by contrast, the rasa of wonder is suggested by the Lord, who brings out an unobstructed freedom.
