In plain words
Moreover: We praise the Lord, the root prakṛti of the beginning of the three worlds; who would not seek help from Him, since His nature is full? ‘The three worlds’ as before; ‘the root prakṛti of their beginning’, that is, the cause of all causes; for that very reason ‘the Lord’, that is, whose capability is unobstructed everywhere: Him ‘we praise’. ‘Since’ His ‘nature’, that is, His own being, which is freedom, is ‘full’, that is, surpassing all, who indeed would not ‘seek’, that is, ask for, His ‘help’, that is, the gaining of the lordship proper to each? For all, Brahmā and the rest, have been made by the Great Lord alone into those to whom drops of this or that power have been granted.
