In plain words

Thus, reeling as he savours the supreme nectar unfolded by the fullness of deep devotion, he says: Triumphant are the drops of divine nectar, drawn forth by the power of Śaiva yoga, able to wash away the malas, delusion, māyā and the rest. ‘Delusion’ is non-recognition, the āṇava mala; ‘māyā’ is the māyīya; by the word ‘and the rest’, the kārma as well. Able to wash these malas thoroughly away, that is, to sweep them off, drawn forth by ‘the power of Śaiva yoga’, that is, by the intensity of samāveśa in the Great Lord, that is, brought out from the belly of māyā by force alone, the ‘drops of divine nectar’, that is, even particles of the supreme ānanda, ‘are triumphant’, that is, abide in excellence over all.
