In plain words

And this expectation is fitting, for: The real nature of things, for the most part, does their work; but even Your name, O Lord, gives accomplishment up to liberation. O Lord: for all ‘things’, whose form is the tattvas, the worlds and those who preside over them, it is ‘for the most part’, by the way of the world, their ‘real nature’, that is, their ultimate being, that is able to do the work proper to each; but of You, Dhūrjaṭi, even the ‘name’, in the view settled at ‘dhyāyatām’, even the name gives the great accomplishment that reaches up to liberation: so, by the sticks, the cakes are explained. By saying ‘for the most part’, this is said by the way of the world; for it suggests that, in the view of the ultimate, the real nature of the universe is its being made of the Lord alone.
