In plain words
Or what greatness of Yours is not beyond the world? So he says: The power You have, O Lord, to conceive again and again ever new states of the picture of the world: what thoughtful one is not astonished by it? O Lord: the ‘world’, jagat, is so called because it goes, gacchati, to this or that birth, from the unmoving up to the gods, and to being Brahmā and the rest: it is the host of living beings. That itself is the ‘picture’; of it, numberless, ‘ever new’ ‘states’, moment by moment, with endless branches, that is, the variety of the streams of saṃvid, ‘to conceive’, that is, to reason out and settle: the ‘power’, that is, the capability, ‘which’ is ‘Yours’, of You the all-knowing and of no other at all: by that, who that is ‘thoughtful’, that is, joined to an excellent mind made of meditation on oneness with You, is not ‘astonished’? Everyone is made only of the supreme ānanda throbbing within, made manifest by the sāttvika signs, the thrill of the hair and the rest, stamped with the great mudrā of wonder.
