In plain words

"Brother-in-law! This kṣatriya blood and your sharp words are pushing me forward; yet my heart, in dread of the sin of killing those I revere, holds back. I cannot see which way to turn, what I should do. Just as you are driving this chariot, so regard me too as a chariot: enter into me and drive me yourself," Arjuna pleaded. And more than that, Arjuna pleaded, "I have no use for what is preyas. What I need is what is śreyas." From that day on, Arjuna's hope was that Kṛṣṇa Paramātma would stand in the place of the guru and he himself in the place of the disciple.
