Passage 3

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

“Further, there are two nāḍīs, called ‘Iḍā and Piṅgaḷa’. The one on the right side is called ‘Piṅgaḷa’, and the one on the left side the ‘Iḍā’ nāḍī. Great souls who are yogis go, by their own yogic power, by way of the ‘Piṅgaḷa nāḍī’, the path of the sun. Those of ordinary state, without yogic power, go by way of the ‘Iḍā nāḍī’, which is called the ‘path of the moon’. This too is another inner meaning.”
