In plain words

But in the matter of rule, things will go peacefully, gently and happily. There will not be much political turmoil. There may be personal differences and upheavals. But upheavals and unrest in nature will not be very great. The reason is that the king, the commander of the army, all are good. They are friendly. If the commander is against the king, the kingdom will not be well protected. This year the king and the commander are great friends. Because they are friends in this way, a great deal of good comes about for Prakṛti. The root cause of all this is Aṅgīrasa. In this very name lies the whole essence. ‘Aṅgīrasāya namaḥ’: that is a name of God. God is the very form of rasa! He moves in the bodies of all as well. So this year may take shape as a year bound up with God. Bhakti and surrender too will grow somewhat. This Bhakti and surrender will grow; but a few minutes ago Anil Kumar said: There is Bhakti and surrender of the kind that goes with propaganda and preaching, but not so much of the kind that goes with practice. There must be Bhakti and surrender bound up with practice and reflection. In the world ninety-nine people may speak about Bhakti for God, but not even a trace of God's qualities is in them. They use all this only for propaganda and preaching, for their own selfish ends; they do not truly strive for their own fulfilment or for their own goal.

One goal, at least, we must hold on to firmly. Today man journeys without a goal. Man must first of all know what his goal is. This goal is the Ātma. This itself is Sat-Cit-Ānanda. Sat-Cit-Ānanda is within us, not outside. ‘If you keep bowing to petty stones, your citta goes bad, O man, O man!’ they said. We always waste our time worshipping and praying to inert things alone, but when that same divinity, which had an inert form, comes in living form, we disregard it.
