People play football. They set up two posts, one on this side and one on that. If the ball goes between the two, it is a goal. If it goes to that side or this, it is out. In this matter of Mine, the one who comes between the two is the goal. One must stay between hardship and comfort. Go this way or that, and you are out. One who holds the feeling, ‘Whatever is done is for my good,’ will score the goal sooner or later. Make a fitting effort to cultivate that equal-mindedness.
