In plain words
Brahmānanda, the giver of supreme happiness, wisdom itself embodied, beyond the pairs of opposites, like the sky, the goal pointed to by ‘Tat tvam asi’ and the rest, one, eternal, stainless, unmoving, the witness of every intellect, beyond all feeling, free of the three guṇas, the Sadguru ….
Embodiments of Prema!
Recognising the principle of God is not so easy a path. The Ahaṅkāra that says ‘I’ and the attachment that says ‘mine’ are the root cause of every evil. On the day man gives up the Ahaṅkāra that says ‘I’ and the possessiveness that says ‘mine’, on that very day divinity is gained with the greatest ease. The Ātma is the indweller of all, and it is infinite. The Ātma is one, but because of the differences of the upādhis it appears to us in many forms. What makes us recognise the Ātma principle, the unity in the many, is spirituality.
Brahmānanda is the true Guru
Unfortunately, today the clever people who divide the one into the many are multiplying, but those who recognise the unity in the many are very few. We have built a house. This we have divided into many parts in this way: a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room. What is the cause of these divisions? The walls! When these walls are taken away, the whole of it appears as one house. It is only because the walls stand in between as partitions that rooms with various forms and with names take shape in this house.
