In plain words
That master is the Ātma itself. That is your very Conscience. The body is a bubble on the water; the mind is a mad monkey. So do not follow the body and the mind. Follow the Conscience. Heed the counsel of the Conscience; you have no need of the counsel of others.
Students! Finish your studies, take your parents' permission, go into the villages and do service. Do not toil for wealth, strength and friendships. They come today. Tomorrow they go. But moral strength, once it comes, does not go. What is more, it keeps growing too. So nourish moral strength. If you have no human values in you, then however much you study, it is of no use. Man has death, but an ideal knows no death. So live an ideal life. Yours is the ‘Golden Age’. Do not spoil it; make it fruitful.
