Brāhmins, kṣatriyas, vaiśyas, śūdras and the rest: consider them born of one womb, sirs; the twice-born are the elder brothers, and the śūdras the younger: hold Prema for them above all, sirs. Every varṇa is formed by guṇas and by deeds; it is the guṇa that must be taken to heart, sirs. A twice-born of bad qualities is a śūdra; is not a śūdra of good qualities a god on earth? Giving up the difference of "this one" and "that one", and making unity grow strong in all things, cast off discord and see the oneness, sirs; only then will the land prosper, sirs.
