In plain words

He has had His way, O mind, He has had His way! O mind, He has had His way! The teachings that Sai taught He made false, and held to His own; He has had His way, O mind! He speaks words to suit the occasion; He sent us away with joy. He speaks words to suit the occasion; the Lord of Parthi, Father of true devotees, Giver of music and song is He. He speaks words to suit the occasion; the Lord of Raṅga, Father of the holy Gaṅgā, of music the very essence; He speaks words to suit the occasion. He who, without granting the gopīs' heart's desire, even made fun of them, speaks words to suit the occasion. Supremely tender to His devotees, an ocean of virtues, sinless from birth, as I gazed on Him in the lotus of my heart, saying He is the One who ends the woes of Kali, He spoke words fit for the moment! 'Splendid Sai God, Lord of Parthi, of gentle, sweet speech, Reclining on Śeṣa, Brother to the wives of others, Unborn, Resplendent, Lord of steeds, praised by kings, Healer of ills, Lord of steeds,' so I pleaded; He it was who protected me. He spoke words fit for the moment! 'Śrī Veṅkaṭeśa, Radiant One, Most High, You who dwell in the minds of the good, Wearer of the golden robe, resplendent with shining crown and earrings, Hari!' so I praised Him; and He who is sung by Tyāgarāja, Rāmacandra, the King among men, spoke words fit for the moment!
