One day the fine woman took up the little one and set him on her lap, and gave him the flowing breast, drowned herself in love of him. When he had nearly drunk his fill, his mother was petting the lovely smiling face of her son as he yawned, king, and she saw this. The sky, heaven and earth, the host of lights, the quarters, the sun and the moon and fire and wind and the seas, the islands, the mountains and their daughters, the forests, and all beings that stand still and that move. Seeing the whole world all at once, king, she began to shake; and the doe-eyed woman shut her two eyes and was full of wonder.
