19To those who do not know your road, you, the self, shine by yourself in what is not the self, spreading out maya: at the creation you seem to be me, in the ordering of the world this one here, at the end the three-eyed one. 20Lord, master, Ordainer, among the gods and the sages and so too among men, among the beasts and the creatures of the water, you who are unborn are born: to put down the wild pride of the worthless, and to be kind to the good. 21Who knows, boundless one, Bhagavan, supreme Self, master of yoga, the comings down of you in the three worlds, where or how or how many or when? Spreading out yogamaya, you play.
22So this whole world is unreal in its nature, like a dream, and it takes the understanding away, and it is grief piled on grief. It rises out of maya in you alone, Endless one, whose body is unbroken joy and knowing, and there it shines as though it were real. 23You are one, the self, the Person, ancient, true, lit by yourself, endless, first, everlasting, unspending, joy without a break, unstained, full, without a second, free of every limit laid on you, deathless.
