Verse 27

²⁴The people of the inner rooms saw the ragged wanderer welcomed with such great affection by Krsna, whose fame is spotless, and they were amazed. ²⁵What good has this ragged beggar done, who has no fortune at all in this world, who is looked down on and counted low, ²⁶that he should be cared for by the teacher of the three worlds, in whom Sri dwells, who left Sri sitting on the couch and took him in his arms like an elder brother? ²⁷They talked over the sweet old stories, king, of the two of them when they lived in their teacher's house, each holding the other's hands.
