6Bhagavan said: Three yogas were spoken by me, meaning to set out the good of men: knowledge, action and devotion. There is no other way anywhere. 7The yoga of knowledge is for those who have grown weary and have laid down works here; the yoga of action is for those whose thought has not grown weary of them and who still want things. 8But for a man in whom trust has come up by chance in the telling of me, who is neither weary nor held too fast, the yoga of devotion is what gives him the attainment. 9He should do works just so long as he has not grown weary of them, or so long as trust has not come up in him from hearing the telling of me.
