34But the good and the steady, devoted to me and to no one else, want nothing at all, not even the aloneness that is no more becoming, though I give it to them. 35They call the wanting of nothing the highest good, and no small one. So devotion to me comes to be in a man who craves nothing and looks for nothing. 36For those devoted to me and to no one else, the qualities that arise out of merit and fault do not hold: the good, even in mind, who have gone past the understanding. 37So, carrying out these things I have set down, they follow my roads and come to safety, and to my station, which they know as the highest Brahman.
